I am ALL about fitness + fun so it’s no surprise that I love to throw a good Pilates party. There are always delicious nibbles, good drinks, fun people, and a smashing-good Pilates session or workshop.


Holiday Mat Series — Move With Me (Live From the USA!)

I’m heading to the USA with my family from December 13th – January 16th, but I’m not pressing pause on movement — and you don’t have to either!

Join me for my Holiday Mat Series, a 5-week online program designed to help you stay consistent, feel great, and move well through the holiday season.

Each week, I’ll teach a live 40–60 minute DNS/Pilates mat session via Zoom. You’ll be moving right alongside me — wherever I am in the States!

What’s Included:

  • 5 x Live Zoom classes (one per week between Dec 13 – Jan 16)

  • Recordings sent after each class — available for 7 days so you can rewatch or catch up anytime

  • $125 total plus cc processing fee (includes all 5 sessions — single classes not available)

  • Class times announced at least 2 days in advance — sessions will always take place during AEDT waking hours

  • Zoom link automatically included in your confirmation email

These sessions will blend Pilates and DNS principles to help you maintain your strength, stability, and awareness — even while I’m away. No fancy equipment needed, just your mat and a bit of space to move.

Let’s keep our bodies happy and connected — from Melbourne to Miami, and everywhere in between.

The Home Body Project

Studio Celebration + Mat Flow Masterclass

Saturday, September 6th | 3–6pm

I’m celebrating one full year of the evolved Kirsti Pilates studio model — and you’re invited, whether you’re already part of the Kirsti Pilates family or you’re brand new and curious about what I do.

Come and spend an inspiring afternoon of movement, community, and real talk about what it means to feel strong, supported, and in sync with your body — both in the studio and at home.

You’ll experience a special mat flow masterclass that breaks down exactly how I teach strength, mobility, and nervous system smarts through DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation) and Pilates, so you don’t have to wonder, “Am I doing this right?” anymore.

We’ll move through three short, targeted 20-minute flows designed for busy bodies and full calendars:

1.Core & Breath — Build deep, reflexive stability from the inside out

2.Upper Body Mobility & Control — Reconnect shoulder strength to spinal support

3.Lower Body Power & Balance — Improve hip function and dynamic leg strength

👉No experience needed — this is your chance to learn my favourite ‘homework’ moves that keep you feeling good between classes (or get you started if you’re totally new!).

Bonus: You’ll walk away with exclusive access to all three flows as guided video sessions to revisit anytime, anywhere.

2023: Your Year of Wellness with Pilates

 

This year I’m celebrating 10 years of teaching Pilates. 

I started Pilates to get ripped, not gonna lie. But over the last 10 years, I have learnt more than a thing or two about physical appearance.

My journey with Pilates and my body and wellness has evolved . Alot.

Especially since having kids.

Physical wellness is important, but not so much about how you look on the outside, it’s about how you feel on the inside.

And physical wellness is only one piece of the puzzle.

Through Pilates, I have discovered so much about mental wellbeing, plus, Pilates has ignited my interest in nutrition, it has fueled my desire to connect with likeminded people who support and help build me up, it has been the bread and butter to my social life too.

So for my 2023 events, I want to focus on the 5 pillars of wellness—movement, nutrition, stress management, connection, and social—to help YOU live your best year yet.

I am so excited to bring you all that I’ve learnt over 10 years into 5 workshops in 2023!

WORKSHOP 5: SOCIAL + CONNECTION | NOVEMBER 18 at 2:00pm

Social wellness encompasses our connections and relationships with others. Humans are social creatures by nature and through daily interactions, we’re able to see ourselves through the eyes of others and learn who we are and how we fit in the world. You’re encouraged to bring a friend along to this fun finale event. There will be a partner Pilates workout built on trust and support.
